CORROSION PREVENTION UNDER  THERMAL INSULATION

Course and Exam Fee: USD249/-

The corrosion itself is one of the major common problems facing the oil and gas industry today, this problem costs the industrial companies, even more, when it develops under the hidden form (i.e. under the insulation). It is, therefore, necessary to have a good understanding and knowledge of corrosion that takes place under the insulation to develop strategies to fight against it in a better way.

The corrosion prevention under thermal insulation (IOGS/CUI) online course will make you learn the rudiment of thermal insulation, a detailed overview of CUI and its cause, and teaches you the strategies that you should implement to minimize the CUI possibilities.

The course is self-paced and can be taken from the comfort of your home, office, or on the go. You can study through the IOGS Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS can be accessed using an internet-enabled device (i.e. computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone), and consists of a series of course topics/contents, videos, interactive quizzes, and the like.

Access to the LMS is given for 30 days to study and learn, and within 30 days of the course enrollment, you take a web-based online exam, which, if cleared, makes you eligible to earn the IOGS/CPI certificate.
