You can participate in the insulation inspector level 3 course if you hold a valid insulation inspector level 2 qualification.

Insulation Inspector Level 3 is the highest level of qualification in the Insulation Inspection and QA/QC. A Level 3 qualification means that you have a thorough knowledge/understanding of the course subjects you've completed and have obtained the qualification/certification after attending the theoretical and practical training led be the IOGS appointed instructor in a classroom or on a virtual platform.

You must hold the Level 2 qualification to take the Level 3 Insulation Inspector course.

Yes, the level 3 insulation inspector course includes a virtual practical session. We will send you a kit to the address you gave when enrolled, the kit will contain samples, instruments, and other materials for the practical session during the course.

All details will be emailed to you after you register for the course and within 7 days of the course start we will send reminder emails to our students so they can plan to attend the course for which they have enrolled in.

We offer to transfer the enrollment to an available alternative course date free of charge. However, if a refund is requested, the course fee will be refunded at less than 15% of the payment made.

Yes, every IOGS Inspection and QA/QC course has its certification exam. The exam contains 90 MCQs to be answered in 75 minutes. The Insulation Inspector Level 3 exam also includes a practical assessment.

After completing our insulation inspector virtual course, you can schedule your certification exam at any time within 90 days of completing the course. As soon as you complete the course, we will send you a link to your email id registered with us. You can use the link to schedule your exam at no additional cost.

Exam fail notice will be issued and sent to your email. You would have option to re-attempt the exam online within 90 days of the first attempt by paying the exam fee of $95.

IOGS has stopped issuing paper copies of the certificate/card. You can download electronic copies of the certificate/card from our website and once you check your result and it appears to be successful.
